If you don't mind the idea of four I would go with 2 6105s to start then add 2 more if you feel you need or want it. If you wanted only two pumps in the tank and will be a mainly sps tank I would go with the 6205's. So i guess 4 x 6105 is too much now? will you recommend 2 x 6105 with 7096 or 2 x 6205 with 7096? I dont have much sps now but will mainly sps in the future. Thanks shawn for the great feedback, with 7096, is it hard to configure using the computer? are there any pre set mode available? So would likely be used in combination with Streams like a pair of 6105s for instance Keep in mind though that they are more of a supplemental flow than primary.

Difference being that you need to plug it into the PC to set it up and the shortest interval is longer than on the 7096.īut if you wanted a true wave then the Wavebox is the way to go, one should be all you need in that size tank.
Also I would consider the 7096 controller as well, can do more yet costs less than the 7095. If it would be a SPS dominant then maybe the 4圆105s or 2圆205s. Or possibly the same combo but adding the front shrouds from the 6205s to widen the flow a bit.
We recommend the LBS-20 for folks with 40+ gallon tanks, LBS-30 for folks with 75+ gallon tanks, and the LBS-50 with 110+ gallon tanks.The big question is what do you plan to keep? Many tanks would be fine with a TS24 or 2 x 6105s.
